The attitude that Colombians has toward authority is not good, population does not believe in it. “According to the World Values Survey, conducted in 100 countries, 70 percent of Colombians do not trust civil servants and 80 percent believe that there should be more respect for authority. And when there is no trust or credibility in the rules, they do not comply neither obeyed. Justice is one of the most serious problems” (SemanaMagazine)

 

The population doesn’t believe in the justice of the country because of it poor capacity for action. Also, people get mug of the authority every day when they crash at the transportation system. The scandals of public works thefts by the hands of the government officials, bribing police officer creates a not positive atmosphere about the attitude toward the authority
