Process:

Technology is used in the desing and development of the website which is one of the main way to get our customers to know everything about the services we provide. The facility layout is essential because this is directly connected to the amount of attracted clients and at the same time  to business success. Process flow analysis because in our business the process of flow of information is well manage and is clear because the distribution line of information is specific and organized. Facility location becaus we have specific points of sale in strategic areas like airports and hotels.  

 

Capacity:

The manager will be in charge of taking decitions taking in count the de marketing reasearch and the information provide from the employees and  also the customers review. Is fundamental to do forecast of the most visite places in Colombia, the flights and hotels.

 

Workforce:

The general manger will be in charge of the control and analyis of the employees based in ther skills, unskills, clerical, and managerial employees by caring for job desing, work measurement, job enrichment, work standars and motivation techniques.

 

Quality:

Will be evaluated by control, sampling, testing, quality assurance, and cost control for having a best service with high quality and witch chances of innovate and have competitive advantage.
