Energy consumption in Colombia is growing, especially because of the transport sector, so conservation of energy is not disposable for Colombia in that way as for example in the developed countries, because there’s no enough technology for supplying the necessity.  And the prices of energy in Colombia are growing their prices, and one factor of it is because of oil for cars.
