IFE - Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix
The IFE summarizes and evaluates the major strengths and weaknesses in the functional areas of a business, and it also provides a basis to indentify and evaluate relationships among those areas.
The results of this matrix shows that our company is above 2.5 wighted score wich means that has a strong internal position but is not the best weighted score which is 4.0, so the company has to improve the strategies to get a higher score.
