3. TIME AND FAMILY: reduce working hours; include celebrations with the workers families, vacations, and family days.

4. FOR COMMUNICATION AND PARTICIPATION: this type of motivation is quite new; the idea is that employees can:

  • Give suggestions like how they would like the office and work climate and atmosphere to be.
  • Provide feedback to their heads
  • Be able to participate actively in the strategies of the company.

These three factors allow the employees feel identified with the organization, as they feel included in the decisions the company or business make.

3.) Correct sequence for employee motivation

•General Manager

•Area Director

•Team boss

•Full time employees

•Temporary workers

  • Some of the motivation elements that an organization has are listed below:

  • Leadership:

The leadership capacity, in a worker, is a highly valued quality. The positive reviews as well as the pressures and unexpected changes are some of the factors that a leader is willing to accept when committed with the company.

A leader must motivate his/her workers rather than as a direct boss, he/she must act as a colleague, he/she also need to promote teamwork and healthy competition within the company as within each of the departments.

  • Communication:

Communication is a fundamental factor for the development of a company, without communication there is no feedback and when there is no feedback the only thing that the company does is transmit information.

Not having the possibility to perform feedback, the company cannot see which are the flaws in the strategies of marketing, advertising or business.

An open communication, between employees and management, generates a better working climate, as well as allows it to be more effective and efficient.

  • Work groups:

The working groups allow the tasks and works of a company be made quickly, effectively, efficiently and accurately because, as they have not too many tasks and/or functions that depend on a single area, there is a small possibility of delays or losses.

The working groups should be constituted by 8 or 12 persons, taking always a leader or guide, which will be responsible for establishing objectives, receive the feedbacks, complaints, suggestions and solutions that your team will present in each meeting.

  • Behavioral modifications:

The change in the behavior of employees can be positive or negative.

When it is positive, is evident in the attitude that the employee has towards work, can be viewed with the commitment and dedication that he/she demonstrates to the time to perform the tasks assigned to it.

When the change is negative, a miss understood, a rumor, or an inefficient communication might cause it.

Almost always due to problems with other colleagues, lack of labor recognition, low wages or other problems as the personal ones. When these changes are presents, direct boss must make a follow up to see how the employee can be help.

  • Authority delegation:

The delegation of authority is quite effective in some companies.

The delegating authority, the employees can speak directly and more easily to the competent authority in the case of finding any failure in the strategy, problems within the areas, and others.

When a single person is the authoritative for any specific work, this can cause delays however, when not properly delegated the authority, can generate misunderstandings, economic losses or legal problems.

  • Job enrichment:

The enrichment labor, allows that the workers not to get use to the monotony within enterprises.

Managers should perform strategies of innovation that have the feature of upgrading their employees so that they can compete actively in the sector.

Games, informative congresses, participatory forums and updating seminars are some of the tools that more often to be use by companies to enrich the working knowledge of their workers.

The labor enrichment allows more experienced employees share their work experiences with the younger workers of the company, this allows to know more about the field in which they will be unwrapping and encourage healthy competition and the personal and labor growth.

  • Job satisfaction:

The job satisfaction, is one of the most important objectives within companies that value more the talent that the experience.

Workers allow their satisfaction to be measured by means of poll, face-to-face chatting, social or formal meetings and even in the activities of business integration.

When an employee, is satisfied in his/her place of work, means that it is more likely that he/she feels identified with the company for he or she works to; in the opposite case, GM or direct boss will have to investigation to get know what is not allowing the employee is satisfied.
