The 38% of graduated in Colombia are obtained in the capital, this is follow by Antioquia that registered 13% of graduated 8% Valle del Cauca, Santander 6%, 5% Atlantic, Norte de Santander and Tolima 3% 3%, while the rest of departments contribute 24% of the undergraduate degrees.

Now, by 2010 the number of graduated of superior education was 1.802.729 which means that the population understand that knowledge is the real richness; the ministry of education on its bulletin n 20 describe the collective thoughts that the important was the natural resources, resources industrial but today people recognize that personal trained to handle, manage and use and produce these resources.
