Regional change in tastes and preferences

There are 4 regions in Colombia, and all of them are different. The first one exposed is Orionoquía, a region near Venezuela that produces lot of agriculture and specially for cattle raising, they are know because they exploit the natural resources. They have a music so typical of them, and like the fighting of roosters. They are know too for the preparation of a type of meet, called “carne a la Llanera” 

 

The Pacific, the main land of the Afro-Colombian culture and numerous American Indian tribes that were called " Choco " by the Spaniards at the time of the Conquest , although the term includes language families of different origin. The coastline makes Colombia facing the world's largest ocean and thus a vital field for the development international meeting. And a known city called Cali, is full planted of sugar cane, they like music like “salsa” and have their own alcoholic drink. 

 

The Amazonic region, is the region of forest, there are no much people and cities, and there’s one of the sites were the biodiversity is huge. Much of the population is comprised of indigenous tribes maintain their customs , their language, their culture and traditions , who have always lived with nature that surrounds them and their habitat is maintaining a constant struggle for the preservation of the region Amazon. Their eating habits are based on native agricultural products from the region and fish, which prepared in a particular technique known as the three stones. Within the Amazon region are various kinds of exotic fruits, unique to this region, among which we mention the copoazú the arazá, caimarón . 

 

The Caribe region is located in the north and touches the Caribbean sea, they are afro-descendants too. The dishes of the Caribbean coast in preparation and ingredients vary by region and incorporate the traditions of European , indigenous black and mestizo cultures. Ingredients like sea fish , crayfish, seafood , beef , chicken, pork , forest animals , cassava, plantain , yams , beans, dairy , rice , corn and native fruits are . The most popular dish of the region is the sancocho that varies in preparation and ingredients: beef , fish, shellfish , turtles, chicken , goat , deer and other native species. They have their own myths and legends and manufactured cloth. 

 

The Andes region, It prevails " mixed culture " , with a strong predominance of Spanish on indigenous survival . Most of his dances, songs and rhythms have Hispanic origins, with adaptations and Colombian indigenous creations. Similarly, musical instruments; as the tiple and guitar, folk festivals such as San Juan and San Pedro, the pilgrimages to the holy patrons, most of the myths and folk superstitions, copies, legends, customs, sayings and proverbs, presented predominance of Spanish survivals. Among the Andean folk traditions, are the following dances: Bambuco, Whirlpool , Guabina , Corridor, Bunde. This region is the most populous city in Colombia, with 34 million inhabitants; comprising the Central Cordilleras, East and West and its major rivers are Magdalena and Cauca.
