As seen on the graph the unemployment rate has been decreasing. In the past 2015, the unemployment rate was of 8,9%; By December of last year, the rate was 8,6% according DANE, this rate that was the lowest in the last 15 years. A low rate means that the country is leveraging its resources productively.  In our firm we can contribute to keep reducing this rate, hiring people that know the touristic locations that we offer to our clients;
