Colombia´s business climate has continued to beneficiate because of the reforms of pro-business regulatory that is open to trade and foreign investment.  Also, the country is in the first place as the nation on ease of doing business in Latin American and Caribbean region in doing business in 2015. In the World Bank’s Ease of Doing business 2015 report, Colombia is ranked at 34 out in 186 countries. On the other hand, by 2015 in the category of Enforcing Contracts got its worst performance, ranked in 168 place at global level.
