The new law of the tourism :

 

               -Creation of local committees for the Organization of the beaches. The respective district or municipal authority, which have the function of setting the bands on the intended beach areas are created the bathroom, rest, recreation, sales of consumer goods and the provision of other activities related to use of free time to develop the beach users services.

 

                -The Government may allocate annually the collection of stamp duty for through the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, social investment programs are developed through competitive tourism projects in the communities in vulnerable conditions.

 

               - Only tourism service providers duly registered in the National Tourism Registry may be granted tax and fiscal incentives enshrined in their favor in provisions of national, state, district or municipal level and that is intended to encourage, support or promote the activity tour.

 

               - The Tourism Promotion Fund will be called from now National Tourism Fund - Fontur- and will have as its main function the collection, management and implementation of resources for tourism infrastructure, promotion and tourism competitiveness, as well as the collection of Tax tourism.

 

-                The tourism-oriented property seized or that it may nullify ownership them because of their links with drug trafficking processes will be managed or disposed of by the National Tourism Fund or public entity that is hired.

 

                -Create the Tourism Merit Medal, which will aim to recognize the special and distinguished services, tourism provided over time by natural or legal persons and will be granted by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.
