Job description

The organization within a company is the most important factor so that it can function in the way it was meant to do.

Good communication allows employees to interact efficiently, which generates an optimum work environment.

Have a hierarchy of command is no longer strictly necessary, however, you must know to whom to give direct explanations and hose who don’t.

The CEO or general manager must know better than anyone the organizational plan that the company has to be able to demand the results at each one of its department directors.

In the organizational phase, the strategies should have a follow up process from the direction of area as from the general manager; they must also have the facility to make a feedback that permits observation of the problems and difficulties that arise.

The lack of organization in a company, the lack of knowledge about the situation the general manager might has are important factors that can cause great confusion among workers, this means that there are major losses and are not able to compete effectively.

 

We seek a person administering the company. This must have excellent interpersonal management and high level of responsibility and commitment. In addition to this should be good with numbers for account management, payments and wallet. It also organized and take all the time head movements and details of the company.

General Manager: Must supervise the employees work and give them a feedback of it, also give them suggestions about what they have to improve in their own areas or department, in the case they are working fine, GM must make them know and give them other motivations to continue. Also should have a good attitude toward the company, the employees, industry and clients. The general manager is in charge of the human resources. He have to talk with the promoters, and to make profitable the business, Should have some skills about the innovation, and to have a vision as an entrepreneur. Good leader.   

 

Sells: He will sell the service and offer the best option to the costumer including prices He also will be in charge of the marketing and publicity and to achieve to goals purposed on the month.  The work is made together with a team, take charge of coordinating the various activities, must also know most important things about Colombia, and its touristic places. Therefore must have some knowledge about ECO-TOURISM, and know about the best plans that exist in the region.

Besides the employee must know another language different of Spanish, better if he/she knows 3.

Touristic guide: He would be in charge of some publicity in the hotels, airport, hotels, and malls. Also he will make the tours for the customer in the region, specifically must have the knowledge about Colombia and ECO-TOURISM.

Accounting: We would contract a person who would be in charge of the accounting management, he would be in charge of every transaction done at the company.

 

Web hosting: We would contract a person who would be in charge of the web page, he will update the webpage each time that we need to.

Job Desing:

 

Organize work into meaningful groups of tasks. So they are perceived as an identifiable everything and significance in itself.

Be focused in their task to provide a better service to the customers and have clear idea of their task and develop it well

Provide customer relationships. Facilitate contact with users of your product or service.

Creating feedback systems. Maximum information into each task, and as direct as possible about the work they are doing and their results.
